High quality cutting belts
Different shore hardness, nearly every dimension and thickness, standards & special solutions
Next to cutting boards on several cutting systems cutting belts are used, which have two functions :
a. materialtransport
b. cutting board
These are two opposite properties as on one hand the belt must be hard as possible in order to be a good partner for the cutting knife, on the other hand it should be flexible enough to be able to be a belt. We found the highest possible compromise with our on Suteau machines used belt.
Different machine supplier use different cutting belts, Suteau use a 3,5 mm belt with a shore hardness D of 85 and with this belt it is possible to cut most of the soft materials. We try to offer a wide range of cutting belts beside this Suteau belt, so that we can offer belts for every type of machine.
